Tarynn began her career in finance after graduating with Honours in Business, working as a Financial Advisor with Scotiabank. With two promotions in five years, she gained invaluable insight into mortgages, investment strategies, and financial planning—expertise that continues to benefit her real estate clients today.
In 2015, Tarynn transitioned into real estate, starting as a Client Care Manager for an award-winning team, managing everything from marketing and client communication to back-end operations. This behind-the-scenes experience gave her an exceptional foundation for launching her own brand, TL Real Estate.
Licensed as a REALTOR® in 2017, Tarynn quickly rose to become a top producer on a leading Royal LePage team before branching out independently. Her solo venture, Tarynn Lennox Real Estate, made waves immediately—earning her the prestigious Diamond Award (Top 3% in Canada) in its first year, followed by the Platinum Award (Top 5% in Canada) in 2022.
