Honestly, we can't say enough good things about our experience with Tarynn. She took, what could have been a very nerve-wracking experience, and made it so much easier. When selling our home, Tarynn again went above and beyond shovelling walkways and checking on this before showings would take place. As soon as we started working together, everything became a smooth and seamless process. We put our complete trust in her and were met with professional, honest and knowledgeable advice. Our journey to purchase a new home in the Collingwood area occurred over an extended period of time. During this period Tarynn ensured we had access to all related listings and was available for house viewings when needed. Importantly she knew the area, was approachable and personable, understood our "must haves" in a new home and was patient.
Tarynn is a "local", knows the area and is current on pricing trends. During home viewings she would check out the house mechanics with my husband. During our home inspection she was with us for over 3 hours while the inspector did a very through inspection of the home.
During our offer process she provided pricing options, without being aggressive recognizing that it was our decision to make. She prepared the necessary papers quickly, remained in contact with us throughout the offer process and was quick to congratulate us when the offer was accepted. The necessary papers were sent to the lawyer's in a timely manner. She was supportive, knowledgeable and ,detail oriented during the offer process.
Post purchase she has shared information on local trades people which has proved invaluable. She has also been accessible for "walk throughs" at the new home.
